Iris Representation by Combined Hybrid Directional Wavelet Filter-Banks

This chapter addresses the issue in the design of DWFB and extends the proposed class of THFB in order to design hybrid finer directional wavelet filter bank. The iris feature extraction algorithm using proposed filter bank and post-classifier have been presented in this chapter.
