Fundamentals of Metamorphic-mechanism Biological Modeling and Analysis of Configuration Evolution

The initiation concept of"Metamorphic mechanisms"was enlightened by"Metamorphosis"in biology, which depicts the change in the form, topology and the ability for evolution and growth. The structural composition principle and topological configuration decomposition theory for metamorphic mechanisms based on biological evolution are proposed for the first time. This fundamental study of biological modeling and configuration evolution in metamorphic mechanism synthesis leads to identification of biological modules (metamorphic cells and genes) and the genetic evolution roles and operations in this newly proposed evolutionary analysis. The configuration state of different working-phase sub-mechanisms gradually changes and develops into different forms in a particular situation and over a period of time,as an evolutionary process of topological change that takes place over several motion phases during which a taxonomic group of organisms change their physical characteristics. The concept of evolution is further introduced by applying biological concept to mechanism modeling that elementary linkages including Assur groups as cells and further break-down parts as genes are used as biological modules to'develop biological modeling. The configuration transformation illustrations can further be simulated and depicted with the genetic growth and degeneration in living nature and the evolution operation is based on set theory.
