This paper presents the Internet application, which allows to perform distant statistical analysis of the data form the GENEPI-ENTB database. The database includes tissues from irradiated patients with different types of cancer linked out to a detailed description of treatment and outcome. The main purpose of the system presented in the paper is to provide to the users an access to the GENEPI-ENTB data and allow to perform statistical analysis of the data. The authors describe the system architecture, the analysis that can be done by tools available in the system and how exactly the system works. The paper also includes short description of the GENEPI-ENTB database, characterization of the project, and plans of the future development of the system.
