Software seminatural development for fog inertial satellite navigation system SINS-500

Special features of a technology for seminatural development of software of strapdown inertial satellite navigation systems (SISNS) are considered. The implementation of this technology relies on modern recording equipment and provides software optimization over the actual signals and on a set of the algorithms under study. The system SINS-500 based on fiber-optic gyros is described as the object of seminatural development. The results of seminatural tests of the SINS-500 system are presented which corroborate that applying the proposed technology to create different-purpose custom designed SISNS is possible and expedient.
