Dynamic Expression of Digital Rights by Rewriting License

In this paper, we propose a kind of dynamic expression of digital rights by rewriting license for digital rights management based on multiset rewriting and logic programming. Firstly, the essential elements definition is introduced. After that, the execution model is discussion. The final part explores the application model.
