Dynamic design and experimental study in the conical piezoelectric transducer

Dynamic design and experimental analysis have been done on a conical sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer.Using the finite element analysis method for the dynamic design of transducer,and the modeling method of the piezoelectric transducers is given.The influence of the main structure size on vibration modal and natural frequency has been analysis.Based on the finite element analysis results,put forward a method on the optimization design of the transducer,the method is based on the numerical analysis method.This method can simplify the design process.Based on the numerical,sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is designed and made,and the transducer has been tested.The experiment test data and finite element analysis results are compared,and the test results verify the numerical analysis and design method.
