Shintake monitor in ATF2: Performance evaluation

Wehavestudiedtheerrorsources, and evaluated the systematic error to be less than 30% for 1 minute mea-surements. ThispapercentersontheevaluationoftheShintakemonitorperformancethroughanalyzingbeamtestsdeta. Mostsystematicerrorsourcesarewellunderstood,enablingaccuratemeasurementofthebeamsizewhenitreaches37nm.
