Adaptive Control of a Class of Uncertain Dynamic Delay Systems

A robust adaptive controller is developed for a class of uncertain linear dynamic delay-systems where the bound of uncertainty is unknown but its function form is known. It is shown that if a constraint on the norm of the matrix associated with the delayed state is met, then the adaptive controller designed guarantes that all possible responses of the uncertain system are unformly ultimateley bounded. Finally, an example is included to illustrate the results developed in this paper.
