On-line 3-dimensional confocal imaging in vivo

Tandem Scanning Confocal Microscopy (TSCM) is ideal for in vivo corneal imaging, but currently requires time-consuming off-line image processing. To overcome this limitation, we have developed a novel PC-based TSCM system. The system is the first to provide interactive 3-D online image acquisition and analysis of in vivo confocal images.
