Workload Assignment Algorithm for Maching Tools in FMS

Optimal workload assignment among machining tools in a FMS and the method of maximum expurgation are studied. A new method of workload assignment, namely the improved maximum expurgation is given, considering all early workloads and weighting of the machining tools being chosen. Conditions of integration of CAPP and PPS is established using the matrix. The result of operation is given by an example.
