2점지지 강재수문과 3점지지 강재수문 연구

A hoisting load consists of dead weight of the gate leaf, resistance of the main roller, resistance of the seal rubber, resistance of the side roller, bouyancy, etc. We want to compare the hoisting load of 2-point and 3-point support of hydraulic gates. 3-point support is very effective in reducing the hoisting load for safety and economic efficiency. 3-point support can also reduce the dead weight of the gate leaf. Unfortunately, 3-point support can only be used in very specific conditions without reduction of the generator's efficiency or increase in construction cost. In this study, the advantages of utilizing a 3-point support were investigated by analysis of the hoisting load.
