Because of frequent changes by diversification of products and of complexity of manufacturing processes, it is necessary quickness, accuracy and efficiency for a manufacturing system design. Nowadays, accordingly, a system engineer should grasp all kind of problems which originate in real circumstance and eliminate them, by making a verification model before setup the real system. By improving of computer technology, the application of IT technology, namely, digital simulation technology which belongs to computer application technology sector is being expanded. Currently, this kind of virtual verification is happened actively, but it is negligible in steel industry. For this reasons, mathematical models are established through a processes of steel industry and based on this, and by linking PLC Logic, enforce a simulation such as the actual field conditions. In addition, verify control program of manufacturing system and eliminate problems that can be occurred during commissioning.
