A design scheme on a new type of bionic pneumatic climbing ladder fire-fighting robot is proposed. The power is used by pneumatic, the SCM control solenoid valve regulating gas line is used to drive cylinder sequential movement, the movement of the piston cylinder driving linkage movement is used to make the robot move along a ladder to climb up and down, the camera head, water guns and other fire apparatus is used to achieve fire rescue for high buildings. The structural principle, pneumatic systems and circuit control system design of the robot are concretely analyzed. The structure of the robot is simple, manufacturing cost of that is low and performance of that is reliable. Utility show that the control strategy is feasible, response is rapid and control is reliable. And therefore the bionic robot has a broad application prospects in many fields.
