SFFS에서 가공효율 향상을 위한 주사경로 생성

In SFFS, the fabrication process mainly consists of four steps; heating powder, filling nitrogen gas, stacking sliced layers, and cooling the chamber. Among these steps, the time for staking layers is up to how to generate scan path. That is, when the scan path is in-line stitching type, the number of jumps to move the start from the stop position will be increasing because of convex or concave segments of the loops and inner loops of each layer. Consequently, the scanning time is taken longer because of unnecessary jumps. For enhancement of fabrication time, the unnecessary jumps have to be removed as many as possible. To do this, a regional scan has recommended by dividing specific regions from the layer. In this paper, to reduce the number of jumps, optimal scan path was generated by rearranging the in-line stitching scan path after dividing each layer according to the minimal number of jumps.??In this paper, to reduce the number of jumps, optimal scan path was generated by rearranging the in-line stitching scan path after dividing each layer according to the minimal number of jumps.
