Reconstruction of substation grounding grid based on concept of regret

A complete grounding network topology is the precondition to effective fault diagnosis of grounding grid in substation. In this paper, a new model of network topology reconstruction is proposed based on static topological characteristics and concept of regret. The new model takes touchable nodes as starting point and the initial skeleton network topology of grounding grid is reconstructed according to neighbor interconnection rules. Then the grid note is added one by one and the complete topological structure of grounding grid is set up with reconstruction index of regret concept. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified numerically. The results show that the order of the adding notes has important significance for the fault diagnosis of grounding grid in the later stage.
