On the Extinction of the S–I–S stochastic logistic epidemic

Nous obtenons une approximation du temps moyen d'extinction et de la distribution quasi-stationnaire pour le modele epidemique S-I-S standard introduit par Weiss et Disho. Ces resultats sont une combinaison et une extension des resultats de Norden pour le modele logistique stochastique, Oppenheim et al. pour un modele sur des reactions chimiques, Cavender pour le processus de naissance et de mort et Bartholomew pour des processus de diffusion sociaux
