Influence of light on the mobility in thin films of polycrystalline PbSe

Abstract The percentage of the photoconductivity caused by the change of mobility in polycrystalline PbSe films is measured by Hall-effect and field-effect at 77°K. This percentage is dependant on the thermal treatment of the films. After exposure there remains an increase of conductivity and mobility which can be removed by annealing.
