Precise Measurement of the Frequency of Communications Signals

It is very important to improve the precision of frequency measurement in communications reconnaissance and antagonism.The precision of frequency is 1/2N by use of DFT.N is the number of signal sequence.One way to improve the precision of frequency is to increase the number of signal sequence.As a result the number of operations will increase.This paper brings forward the correct arithmetic,which can improve the precision up to 10～100 times in same number of signal sequence,but the number of operations will not increase.
