Wind power integration coordinated dispatching optimization method based on peak regulation margin

The invention discloses a wind power integration coordinated dispatching optimization method based on a peak regulation margin. The wind power integration coordinated dispatching optimization method based on the peak regulation margin is characterized in that because wind power outputting is uncertain, the peak regulation capacity of a system is described by using a 24-point peak regulation margin index, and wind power integration power and positive and negative rotary spare capacity of the system are confirmed; in order to achieve the purpose of minimizing the total running cost, which comprises hydraulic power and thermal power running cost, wind power abandoning punishment cost and system standby punishment cost, of the system, a wind power integration coordinated dispatching optimizing model is established; and a good countermeasure is provided for solving a conflict between the operating economy of the conventional unit and wind power utilization benefit.
