The spare part support problem under dynamic demand was analyzed.A model of time-varying operation availability was set up for a two-echelon spare part support system under non-stationary demand and finite capability by using non-stationary stochastic process theory;a corresponding algorithm was presented;through an example the system operation availability was evaluated,and the timevarying curve was got.The proposed method can provide a new thinking for solving the problem of the system availability evaluation under dynamic demand.
