Research on Investment of Energy-efficient Renovation for Existing Building in China

This paper discusses the different investment models from engineering examples of energy-efficient reno-vation for existing building in China, then comparative analysis is carried out at home and abroad. And through the analysis of investors by game theory, the reason why energy-efficient renovation for existing building in China is slow is expounded. In order to effectively resolve the financial barrier, some proposals are put forward according to the situation of investment of energy-efficient renovation for existing building in China,for example, multi-level energy management contract.
