Synchronization in a Discrete Circular Network

Synchronization is a common feature in complex dynamical systems. In this paper, we consider a temporal-spatio network system which is discrete in time and also in space. We find sharp conditions for all its solutions to be partially or fully synchronized. Our results will likely find applications in digital neural networks theory.
