Mathematical Model for the Establishment of the Materials Machinability

Abstract This paper presents a new mathematical model for the establishment of the partial and global machinability. The model, is based on the evaluation criteria of the material's machinability and permits the establishment of the best material, who can be utilised from the point of view of the machinability. Also, it permits the establishment of the machining condition regarding cutting process, at wich the machinability is optimal from the point of view of the productivity and of the economic efficiency. Are shown, the results of the experimental researches in the case of titanium alloys cutting with turning tools.
