Fatigue/Creep Life Estimation for Turbine Disc-Blade by Strain Field Intensity Method

Coupling field and contact finite element model were built up for gas power turbine's working blade and wheel disc,with which a thermo-elastic-plastic finite element analysis was performed for typical start-up process of the turbine disc-blade,comprehensively considering the centrifugal force,gas flow force and thermal load bore by the disc-blade.Based on analysis result,high-temperature low cycle fatigue/creep life estimation was carried out for dangerous areas of the disc-blade by strain field method.Results show that finite element analysis can precisely reflect the actual condition of the device,which guarantees the correctness and reliability of the life estimation.
