ACK (Acknowledgment Character)/NACK (Negative Acknowledgement) information transmission method and device

The method comprises the steps that a business type corresponding to a terminal device is obtained by a base station device; when the business type corresponding to the terminal device is a designated business type, the base station device sends scheduling information in allusion to an uplink subframe to the terminal device; and after the terminal device receives the scheduling information in allusion to the uplink subframe, the ACK/NACK information is sent to the base station device by a PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel). According to the ACK/NACK information transmission method and the ACK/NACK information transmission device, the ACK/NACK information can be fed back timely, the feedback waiting time is shortened, the low-delay business demands of webpage browsing, visual telephone, synchronous shooting and uploading and the like can be met, and the using experience of a user is improved.
