Design of Hydraulic Hoists for Eccentric Trunnion Sector Gates of Xiaolangdi Project

Each hydraulic hoist of eccentric trunnion sector gate consists of two sets of cylinders and one set of hydraulic pump station.Bladder accumulators are used to supply oil into cylinders when leakage occurs to prevent the gate from sinking.Instead of traditional slide valves,cartridge valves are used to avoid leakage.Imported cylinder seals and stainless pipes and oil cases increase the operation reliability of the hydraulic hoists.
