Medical assistance appratus for shooting penetrating images of a shoulder joint

The present invention relates to a medical assistance apparatus for allowing an arm of a person to be positioned in a specific posture to shoot a penetration image of a shoulder joint. According to the present invention, the medical assistance apparatus includes: a base fixed to a predetermined position with respect to a shooting device of a penetration image and formed therein with a cylindrical inner space; a rotary body having a rotary unit rotatably disposed in the inner space of the base and formed in a cylindrical shape coaxial with the inner space of the base, in which the rotary unit is formed therein with an inner space where a hand of a person is inserted, and the inner space of the rotary unit is provided thereacross with a handle which is gripped by the hand of the person; and a fixing device provided between the rotary body and the base to fix the rotary body to the base so that the rotary body does not rotate about the base. Accordingly, the person inserts the hand into the rotary unit of the rotary body and rotates the rotary body about the base while gripping the handle, and the rotary body is fixed by the fixing device so as not to rotate about the base, so that the arm of the person is fixed in the specific posture with respect to a body of the person.
