Two Cases with a Cystic Meningioma in Childhood

Cystic meningiQmas in childhood are relatively rare . We experienced 2 cases of childhood cystic meningioma and present the clinical and pathological 五ndings here. The且rst patient was a 6 − year − old boy who experienced convulsions . Computed tomography (CT)revealed acystic lesion in the left frontal area . He underwent resection of the tumor, and the lesion was histologically diag− nosed as a fibrous meningioma . The tumor did not recur for 22 years.
