This article based on emergency logistics having the characteristics of the weak economy builds up mathematical model of emergency logistics path optimization under the weak economic conditions. Through structuring crowded degree factor in the basic ant colony algorithm, solve the model of fish swarm ant colony algorithm. The simulation results shows that fish swarm ant colony algorithm has better optimization effect to solve the emergency logistics path optimization problem under the weak economic conditions. Comparing with the emergency logistics path optimization under the shortest time condition, the emergency logistics path optimization under the weak economy condition not only meets the time requirements of each affected point, but also considers economic benefits, and reduces the distribution costs.
