Localization of Multiple Sources in the Presence of Model Errors by Total Least Squares

We present a novel solution to the localization of multiple sources by a passive sensor array, based on the total-least-squares criterion, which is aimed at coping with the critical problem of model errors. Simulation results, demonstrating the performance superiority over the deterministic maximum likelihood solution, especially in the case of highly correlated sources, are included.
