Anti-collision System Design of Offshore Tower Foundation of Zhoushan-Mainland Long Span Power Transmission Project

Based on the information of local scouring flume test and navigation safety evaluation,the anti-collision standard of the offshore transmission tower foundation of the Zhoushan Island-mainland power transmission project was determined.A new flexible pile-type anti-collision system was designed for this foundation by using the p-y curve method and based on the collision energy control.The proposed new anti-collision system is composed of piles and girders.All the anti-collision piles are connected into an integral system to resist the collision energy of the moving ship,and the flexible wire bundle can prevent any ship from breaking through the anti-collision system.The flexible anti-collision system can effectively reduce the damage that may be induced by ship collision,and can resist high-energy collision without any repairment.And for the extreme-high energy collision,the repairment is only needed for the damaged location.
