Data transmitting and receiving system

A data transceiving system is provided to maintain an optimum state by controlling equalization coefficients of a receiver or pre-emphasis coefficients of a transmitter if a transmission error is generated, thereby effectively operating the system without temporal loss. A transmitter(100) has a pre-emphasis driver(160), and pre-emphasizes data together with an error detection code to output the data. Channels(Ch,ChB,ChR) deliver the data with delivery characteristics. A receiver(200) equalizes the error detection code together with the data applied through the channels(Ch,ChB,ChR) by comprising an equalizer(230), analyzes the error detection code to output error data to the transmitter(100) if a data error is generated, and controls equalization coefficients so as to control equalization capability of the equalizer(230) if the error is consecutively generated at more than the predetermined number of times.
