Exploring the Challenges in Implementation of Information Technology in Humanitarian Relief Organisations in India: A Qualitative Study

At the time of disasters, the humanitarian aid programme helps to alleviate the suffering of the disaster victims and helps to resettle them. An effective and efficient use of information technology can be used as an important driver in successful humanitarian relief efforts. Hence, it is essential to understand the factors affecting the implementation of information technology in humanitarian relief organisations. This study aims to identify the challenges in implementation of information technology in humanitarian relief organisations in India.
