복수의 보강거더 조합에 의한 모노듀오 형식 초장대 현수교의 연성플러터 안정화

Since flutter phenomenon is catastrophic oscillation, its stabilization is a very important subject in the design of long span bridges. In this paper, an analytical approach is presented to stabilize the coupled flutter of a monoduo type super long-span suspension bridge from the viewpoint of equivalent aerodynamic derivatives, which depend on the vibration mode shapes and the span-wise arrangement of stiffened-girder sections. Firstly, using the fundamental natural vibration modes, the coupled flutter characteristics and its stabilization scheme are examined based on the Theodorsen function. Then, the effective arrangement of stiffened-girder sections is investigated using the grating girder and thin plate sections. As a result, the presented approach is available to stabilize the coupled flutter instability of stiffened girder with low torsional rigidity.
