The Control and Simulation System of Manipulator based on LabVIEW achieves the static model and dynamic simulation for manipulator, by using the 3D parametric surfaces graphics controls. The data acquisition card of NI USB_6211 is used as the control unit of the manipulator. The problems of synchronization between the simulation model and actual model and the swerve of the steering gear are solved by software programming.
