The invention provides an electric power system modeling system based on a logical relationship. The database model increment correction module comprises a graph increment computing unit and a model increment computing unit. Meanwhile, a modeling method using the modeling system is provided. A power grid model is defined and modified completely on "one net", instead of establishing an electric power system model on multiple pieces of net graphs so that power grid operation and management staff can be facilitated to precisely and rapidly establish and modify the full system power grid model. The modeling system is intuitive and clear, reliable and precise and simpler.
