Primary Frequency Regulation Performance Optimization for Mixed-Burning with Lignite Unit

Load response lag for lignite-fired units to participate in the grid frequency regulation, the integral contribution of electricity exceeded, the reverse problem of adjusting occurs frequently, blended with lignite units related to the primary frequency optimization control scheme is proposed by analyzing the experimental data and site adjusting, such as the turbine speed measurement accuracy.Optimized control programs related to digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH),coordinated control system(CCS)subsystem,an increase of the nonlinear correction of DEH in FM feedforward component of the actual load instruction, the main steam turbine master pressure deviation of dynamic separation, when the primary frequency regulation action, the steam turbine valve will not reverse pressure deviation adjustment, leading to excessive integral power.Through full load primary frequency regulation analog test and the actual running test, the result of which is satisfactory.
