Structural Optimization Design on Lower Bearing Beam of New Adjusting Rope Device

The lower bearing beam which is the main stress component of new adjusting rope device in the work plays an important role.This paper use the ANSYS Workbench software making the optimization of structural design,it ask the length of the main beam and the height of rib as design parameters,the maximum deformation,the maximum equivalent stress and quality as target parameters,it has been obtained the reasonable size on the basis of the requirements of raw condition and provided a basis for the design of the lower bearing beam.
