유기압 현수장치의 스프링 및 감쇠 특성 분석

In this paper we address the characteristics of spring and damping of the hydropnermatic suspension unit(HSU). For the spring behavior of real gas, the Benedict-Webb-Rubin equation is introduced. This equation is applicable for high pressure which the nitrogen gas in HSU system undergoes. For the damping analysis, we divided the state of damper into four parts - jounce-loading, jounce-unloading, rebound-loading and rebound-unloading. This approach enables to approximate the rea! damper system very well. Numerical results show the spring and damping behaviors to the wheel motion.
