Abstract – This research is discuss about analysis of Long Term Evolution (LTE) performance using drive test Test Mobile System (TEMS) Pocket 13.3.1 by performing Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ) measurements on the user at Kecamatan Klojen Malang. The drive test method is a method of observing signal quality in real time which results of this observation can be used as a recommendation for telecommunication service providers to improve the signal quality of LTE network in Kecamatan Klojen Malang. This research done by performing RSRP and RSRQ measurements then compared it with the existing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standard. The results showed 44.35 % of the RSRP values greater than -80 dBm and 55.54 % were between -100 dBm to -80 dBm. Based on KPI standard, RSRP value in Kecamatan Klojen Malang has shown good criteria, but needs to be maximized to meet the excellent criteria of above -80 dBm. While there is no RSRQ value greater than -3 dB. The RSRQ value showed 59.09 % were between -14 dB to -9 dB. Based on KPI standard, RSRQ value in Kecamatan Klojen Malang has shown medium criteria Keywords: LTE; RSRP; RSRQ; drive test; Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Abstrak – Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kinerja jaringan Long Term Evolution (LTE) menggunakan drive test Test Mobile System (TEMS) Pocket 13.3.1 dengan melakukan pengukuran Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) dan Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ) pada user di Kecamatan Klojen Malang. Metode drive test merupakan metode pengamatan kualitas sinyal secara real time yangmana hasil dari pengamatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi bagi penyedia jasa telekomunikasi agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas sinyal jaringan LTE di Kecamatan Klojen Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur nilai RSRP dan RSRQ untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang ada. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan 44.35 % nilai RSRP lebih dari -80 dBm dan 55.54 % berada diantara -100 dBm sampai -80 dBm. Berdasarkan standar KPI, nilai RSRP pada wilayah Kecamatan Klojen Malang menunjukkan kriteria good, namun perlu dimaksimalkan lagi agar memenuhi kriteria excellent yaitu diatas -80 dBm. Sedangkan pada nilai RSRQ sama sekali tidak terdapat nilai yang lebih besar dari -3 dB. Nilai RSRQ menunjukkan 59.09 % berada diantara -14 dB sampai -9 dB. Berdasarkan standar KPI, nilai RSRQ pada wilayah Kecamatan Klojen Malang menunjukkan kriteria medium. Kata Kunci: LTE; RSRP; RSRQ; drive test; Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
