An Analysis Method of Assembly Sequence for Many Varieties of Products in a Small Scale of Batch Process

Making a survey of methods of assembly sequence planning which many scholars have studied, a new method of assembly sequence planning for many varieties of products in a small scale of batch process is proposed, to improve roboticized level. Identifying subassembly of obvious features in advance, the liaison fig of product is decomposed by cut-set. In the basis of geometrical precedence constraints established auto-maticaly, technological precedence constrains are established with man-computer alternating. Then a flow chart of identifying subassembly and a flow chart of assembly sequences planning are given.
