Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talents Training Under the Mode of Industry-University-Research Collaboration in Engineering Colleges and Universities

Industry-university-research cooperation education has been highly valued by more and more countries, and has become an important measure to improve students' innovative spirit and practical ability, so it is a powerful way to cultivate innovative talents in higher education. This paper first analyzes the necessity of industry-university-research cooperation cultivating talents in engineering colleges and universities, and then expounds the developing status of industry-university-research cooperation education both at home and abroad. Finally, combined with the teaching practice in engineering colleges and universities, the innovative talents training mode of industry-university-research cooperation education is discussed and studied.
