PCB상에 구현한 Mutual Capacitive 방식의 Multi-Touch pad

A 54x30 multi-touch pad was implemented on a printed circuit board(PCB) and up to 10-point touches were successfully measured. The self and mutual capacitance values and the series resistance values are measured and compared with the values of ITO touch pad from literature. The read-out integrated circuit is based on a chopper technique along with a digital correlated multiple sampling technique.
