The invention relates to a layered monitoring system for battery charging and alternating, which is located on an operating system layer and comprises a platform supporting layer, a target model layer, an application service layer and an application layer, wherein each layer is provided with one group of exchangeable components and is expandable for new components as required. The platform supporting layer is used for providing a supporting component not associated with the application. The object model layer is used for classifying real-time business data of the battery charging and alternating station from a real-time monitoring system, and each type of data not only can be expanded for specific business data type according to self-supported self-described type information but also can be distributively transferred by relying on a self-supported flow serialization interface. The application service layer is used for providing a series of high-abstract monitoring services according to the monitoring business, and the services dealing with specific classified data rely on data interface and have no association with specific data. The layered monitoring system for battery charging and alternating has the advantages of good maintainability and portability.
