Adaptive control of semi-active lateral suspension of vehicle using neural network

The nonlinear characteristics of semi active suspension system of vehicle are analyzed, and the control model of semi active suspensions based on neural networks is put forward. The neural indentifier and controller are designed, and a specialized learning rule is used to correct weight factor of controller. The results of the simulation show that the lateral ride comfortable of the vehicle can be improved effectively by using the adaptive control of semi action suspension system based on neural networks.
