Mixing it up in the shared house

When you stand in the entrance foyer of the Billilla mansion in Brighton, it's not hard to imagine the Weatherly family living here more than a hundred years ago. You can almost hear the piano playing in the drawing room, the smack of billiard balls coming from the games room, the clatter of cutlery in the kitchens, the swish of fine napery around the long dinner table in the dining room and, if you strain just a little, the sounds of the children echoing through the many rooms and hallways that make up this labyrinthine home but wait a minute that's not the 19th century ghosts of the Weatherly children you can hear that's the sound of 21st century children, quite real and very excited. What is hard to imagine is that back in 1888 the Weatherly's could ever have imagined what's happening in their home in 2006. Funny that, because imagination is at the heart of BILLILLAarts.
