Set Pair Analysis of Watershed Water Resources Carrying Capacity Based on Game Theory Combination Weighting

Based on the evaluation fact of watershed water resources carrying capacity affected by many uncertainty factors,a four-element connection number model of evaluation index and grade criterions was proposed,of which Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers indicated continuous variation of discrepancy degree uncertainty coefficients.A coupling model of Set Pair Analysis and Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers was established in assessment of water resources carrying capacity.Subjective weights of evaluation indexes were determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process method,and objective weights were given as well according to the utility value of index attribute based on the Entropy Theory.The two categories of weights were further optimized by Game Theory Aggregation model.The weighing connection number was calculated in the forms of confidence interval to specify the level of water resources carrying capacity.Compared with maximum entropy theory,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,with high sensitivity,the coupling model could reflect the degree of carrying capacity in water resources system veritably and the deviation degree of grading standard.The examples in application showed the coupling model effective and reasonable and a wide generalization in other fields.
