Nonstandard model of mental health services: Marketing data-based and data-generating treatments

The author examines criteria of adequacy for mental health services. Two methods of service delivery are described and evaluated using these criteria. A nonstandard method which systematically uses marketing principles, treatment outcome research, data-generating service, and economies of scale offers significant advantages over more conventional methods of mental health service delivery.
