Anchor grouting data detection and storage system and analysis method using mortar anchor rod

The invention relates to an anchor grouting detection technique, and particularly relates to an anchor grouting data detection and storage system and an analysis method using a mortar anchor rod. The anchor grouting data detection and storage system comprises an intelligent display device, a grouting control box and an intelligent grouting joint, wherein the intelligent grouting joint is connected with the grouting control box by a grouting pipeline and is also connected with a hole opening of a mortar anchor rod grouting hole. The anchor grouting data detection and storage system is characterized by also comprising a data read and write head and a first storage device connected with the data read and write head; the grouting control box is provided with a second storage device; the data read and write head, the second storage device, the intelligent grouting joint and the intelligent display device are connected with each other. Each storage device is connected with the intelligent display device via a wireless module or a data line; grouting data are stored via a plurality of modes, and a data input and analysis unit arranged in the intelligent display device is used for monitoring and recording the anchor grouting process in real time, and analyzing and managing the data relevant to grouting.
