In the context of control and network scheduling co-design,both the on-line deadband control and the dynamic QoC management are combined.Deadband control and priority allocation are used in the proposed scheduler to properly utilize the network resource in dynamic environment.With priority(allocation,) the available network resources are fully utilized when the system is underloaded.Graceful QoC degradation is achieved under network overload conditions.Simulation results indicate that the proposed scheduler could improve QoC of NCSs in dynamic environment.The ability to handle workload fluctuation of NCSs is reinforced as well.
